¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Traducir el roadmap del cliente en tareas concretas y liderar su ejecución.
  • Coordinar al equipo y ejecutar configuraciones en CRM, automatizaciones y dashboards.
  • Liderar reuniones de seguimiento, controlar el avance y medir impacto.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora y activarlas cuando aporten valor.
  • Construir sistemas sólidos que no dependan de una sola persona.

¿Qué buscamos?

Un perfil proactivo, autónomo y estratégico, capaz de:

  • Liderar proyectos con clientes reales: detectar problemas, proponer soluciones y ejecutarlas.
  • Trabajar con CRMs (HubSpot y Salesforce) y entender qué automatizar, cómo y para qué.
  • Usar IA en el día a día para optimizar procesos.
  • Dominar herramientas no-code (Make, n8n, Airtable) para automatizaciones complejas.
  • Liderar reuniones con clientes, incluso en inglés.
  • Tomar decisiones sin supervisión constante y ejecutar además de planificar.

Requisitos técnicos imprescindibles

  • HubSpot CRM (nivel avanzado): configuración completa, automatizaciones, objetos personalizados, integraciones vía API y reporting orientado a negocio.
  • No-code/Low-code: escenarios complejos con lógica condicional, bucles, manejo de errores y conexión con APIs externas (Make, n8n).
  • APIs y lógica técnica básica: lectura de documentación, uso de Postman/Insomnia, manejo de JSON.
  • IA aplicada: uso habitual de GPTs, copilots, prompts estructurados e integración en procesos reales.

Deseable:

  • Salesforce (nivel funcional), Excel avanzado, SQL básico.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas como Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Miro, Aircall, Twilio, Sendgrid.
