We're Hiring: Project Manager / Business Analyst – Unified Communications & Contact Center Solutions

Location: Cordova, Argentina

On-site (100% – Non-negotiable)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Argentina Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with clients or as part of a client team, implementing Unified Communications (UCaaS) or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms and managing projects to deliver measurable outcomes and ROI.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Project Leader.

  • Create documentation and manage critical aspects of project deliverables, schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.

  • Utilize or design project templates for client engagements to ensure visibility of tasks and deliverables.

  • Track progress, identify action items, resolve issues, and document decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare go-live checklists, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and schedules.

-Ensure proper logging and storage of client data, project documents, and call transcripts.

  • Analyze operational and financial data to demonstrate solution impact.

  • Maintain project documentation, including risk assessments and status reports.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2–4 years of professional work experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Language: Fluency in English (B2+ – C1), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in project management and business analysis.

Familiarity with contact center operations, voice/digital channels, and technology solutions.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Proficiency with project management tools such as Lucidchart, SmartSheets, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.
