Your Mission

Video Editor/Motion Graphics Specialist
, you'll own the creation and execution of visually compelling designs to drive brand consistency and elevate client marketing outcomes. You'll be trusted with creative autonomy while collaborating closely with account and creative teams to deliver high-impact visual assets. This role blends hands-on design work with thoughtful brand interpretation and requires a sharp eye for detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and strong conceptual thinking to build scalable, innovative visual solutions across diverse clients and channels.

What You'll Do

  • Edit and deliver high-impact video assets (paid ads, short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, GIFs) optimized for performance across digital channels.

  • Translate creative concepts and performance goals into engaging, conversion-focused video content.

  • Ensure high standards of visual quality, pacing, storytelling, and brand consistency across all video deliverables.

  • Refine and evolve videos through iteration, timing adjustments, sound design, and motion details to improve clarity and impact.

  • Use performance insights and creative testing results to optimize edits, formats, hooks, and visual structure.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and generative workflows to accelerate production times, automate repetitive tasks, and scale creative output without compromising quality.

  • Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Performance Marketers, and Designers to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

  • Communicate proactively around timelines, feedback, and priorities to keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Explore and test new video trends, formats, transitions, motion styles, and AI-driven approaches relevant to paid media.

  • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, prioritizing work that drives the greatest performance impact.
