Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and trend-savvy Video Content Editor with a sharp eye for storytelling, digital performance, and emerging media culture. You'll be the engine behind the content that defines how the world sees us, transforming complex ideas in finance, crypto, and technology into engaging, high-performing video stories.

This role goes beyond cutting clips — it's about creating narratives that move, spotting opportunities in real-time trends, and crafting content that captures both hearts and attention spans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and optimize short and long-form video content for social, web, and media channels, from interviews and explainers to thought leadership snippets and campaign highlights
  • Translate complex topics (finance, fintech, Web3, and innovation) into clear, compelling, and visually dynamic stories that resonate with global audiences
  • Stay ahead of the curve: actively monitor emerging content formats, social media trends, and cultural moments
  • Be a go-getter in storytelling: pitch fresh content ideas, identify viral opportunities, and move fast to turn concepts into high-impact visual pieces
  • Track and react to digital and cultural trends, identifying opportunities to position our brand within the most relevant conversations
  • Own the visual narrative: build cohesive storytelling arcs that align with brand tone, strategic messaging, and campaign goals
  • Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure consistency across all content touchpoints — from keynotes and podcasts to reels and press materials
  • Manage production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of polished, high-quality videos — from concept to post-production.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in video editing, storytelling, or digital media production (preferably in tech, finance, or creative industries)
  • Strong command of editing software
  • Demonstrated experience creating short-form, high-performing content for social media and digital platforms
  • A genuine curiosity for finance, crypto, or Web3 innovation, and the ability to make these topics visually and emotionally engaging
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, visual rhythm, and the emotional power of editing
