About The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you will be entrusted with full project ownership, acting as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams. You will oversee a diverse array of projects, including social media and paid media asset and video production, long-form content, and web development initiatives. With a strong client-first approach, you will ensure all projects are executed to exceed client expectations while upholding our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Independently manage client interactions, demonstrating respect and prioritizing their needs to foster strong, trusting partnerships.
  • Project Leadership: Take full ownership of project timelines, ensuring efficient management from inception to delivery. Promptly communicate any changes or updates to clients and teams to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional production teams (design, copywriting, video, production, web, social media, content, UX, marketing, etc.) to drive project success and ensure deliverables meet client specifications.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with internal operations to develop and present accurate budget estimates, maintaining financial oversight to meet project goals.
  • Effective Communication: Lead daily stand-ups and recurring management meetings (ROBs) to ensure ongoing alignment with business and technical objectives.
  • Problem-Solving: Employ a proactive problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly in development environments and deployment pipelines.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all projects are in line with accessibility standards and digital governance policies, maintaining adherence consistently.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Fluent/bilingual English mandatory. Will be communicating in English with clients and peers daily. Portuguese desired.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years in Account Management or Project Management within a creative and web department, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in marketing production, social media, video production, and web production (WordPress), with the ability to effectively coordinate creative and web teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, crucial for client interactions and team coordination.
  • Ownership and Accountability: A commitment to taking ownership of projects, with accountability for setting up routines and operational bases (ROBs), driving team action, and ensuring delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
