Este rol funciona como el embajador principal de experiencia en el país mientras fomenta una cultura centrada en el usuario en toda la organización local.Responsabilidades Diarias• Adaptar e implementar el Programa ExperienceX: Pulse a nivel país, alineando las iniciativas locales de experiencia con objetivos regionales y de negocio• Implementar y mantener estándares de servicio consistentes en todas las oficinas del país, adaptando servicios a necesidades culturales específicas mientras se preserva la esencia de la empresa• Liderar equipos locales para alcanzar objetivos de experiencia del usuario e implementar soluciones tecnológicas que mejoren la experiencia del usuario local• Desarrollar y ejecutar un calendario de eventos que promueva la cultura y valores de la empresa mientras implementa iniciativas que fortalezcan la comunidad local de empleados• Trabajar estrechamente con la Gerencia Senior de Facilities Management para asegurar que las instalaciones apoyen la estrategia de experiencia y colaborar en iniciativas de sostenibilidad• Mantener comunicación fluida con el Líder de CX Latam y equipos regionales, preparando y presentando reportes de experiencia local alineados con KPIs regionales• Gestionar eficientemente los presupuestos asignados para iniciativas de experiencia mientras identifica oportunidades de optimización de recursos y generación de valorCalificaciones Requeridas• Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de Experiencia del Cliente, o campo relacionado• Experiencia comprobada en roles de liderazgo dentro de Gestión de Facilities• Experiencia demostrada implementando programas de experiencia a nivel regional• Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de proyectos• Fluidez en español e inglés• Experiencia gestionando presupuestos y recursos eficazmente• Historial exitoso de colaboración multifuncional y liderazgo de equiposCalificaciones Preferidas• Conocimiento del idioma portugués• Experiencia en entornos tecnológicos o de comercio electrónico• Antecedentes en planificación de eventos y gestión comunitaria• Familiaridad con iniciativas de sostenibilidad y programas de eficiencia en el lugar de trabajo• Experiencia con análisis de datos y reportes de KPIs• Comprensión de dinámicas culturales y prácticas comerciales latinoamericanas• Experiencia previa con coordinación de gestión de facilitiesLocation: On-site –Buenos Aires, ARGIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
