Job Description

TRACK es un programa global de alto desempeño diseñado por General Motors con el objetivo de atraer a los mejores talentos para integrar la próxima generación de líderes de la compañía.

Cuando postulás a TRACK ingresás a una vía rápida de desarrollo profesional que te da la oportunidad de tener experiencia práctica en asignaciones complejas, enfrentar desafíos interfuncionales, recibir capacitación y coaching directo de líderes de la organización, y estar en una posición de alta exposición al área y al negocio, tanto local como regional.

Esta asignación TRACK es específicamente para el área de Finanzas en Argentina.

El programa tiene una duración de 3 años e incluye rotaciones anuales. En cada rotación se asigna un proyecto de creciente dificultad. Habrá una evaluación al finalizar cada año.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional graduado entre Julio 2022 y Julio 2025 de carreras de Ciencias Económicas e Ingeniería.
  • Se valorará estudios de Postgrado.
  • Excelencia Académica.
  • Manejo Avanzado de Inglés.
  • Se valorará el dominio de Portugués.
