Ejecutar campañas de email marketing basadas en el ciclo de vida del cliente y en comportamientos. Gestionar la configuración de campañas Apoyar iniciativas de prueba y aprendizaje para mejorar el rendimiento y la interacción. Mantener y optimizar segmentaciones de bases de datos. Monitorear KPIs clave y preparar reportes semanales y mensuales. Colaborar con los equipos de contenido y redes sociales para asegurar el despliegue oportuno de campañas basadas en contenido. Elaborar reportes utilizando Excel/SQL (deseable) para analizar comportamiento y resultados de campañas. Trabajar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing de Américas para alinear acciones de CRM con prioridades regionales.
