We are looking for:
**Performance & CRM Executive**
**Requirements**:
Experience of 5 years in Digital Media Agencies.
Proficiency English.
HubSpot Certifications (Inbound Marketing, essential).
Advanced: Social Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic.
Team management.
Knowledge: Growth Hacker, eComm, Inbound, CRM.
**Rol**
Detailed identification of customer needs to propose solutions in conjunction with the internal team.
Development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies through digital platforms that solve the objectives of the brand.
Create, implement and innovate internal work processes.
Negotiation with digital media.
Search for commercial alliances to acquire tools.
Responsible for quality and timely deliveries of the Performance team (creation, implementation, optimization and measurement).
Development of each of your team members.
