We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a **CRM Automation Executive**

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Development of upsell and xsell strategies
- Optimize campaigns to increase promotional uptake
- Engage in strategic analysis to reduce manual processes and campaigns
- Implement a/b testing from the moment of client onboarding all through their different stages
- Collaborate with the integration processes of automation tools
- Be the go-to technical expert for marketing automation programs within the business
- Set up and use behavioural triggers and personalisation to drive customer responses
- Drive purchase behaviour to increase order values and broaden the product repertoire
- Be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work as well as engage in strategic thinking to revolutionise our processes
- Employ your understanding of branding and translate it into key messages to nurture customers and build brand advocacy
- Study customer data to personalise and shape campaigns
- Experienced in orchestrating multiple automated campaigns simultaneously and moving customers through different automations
- Familiarity with the betting industry is a big plus
- Knowledge of machine learning and intelligent content
- Data Analytics and reporting skills
- Have solid stakeholder management abilities to work with adjacent teams
- Experience working smoothly with remote teams in different time zones
