**The Team**
The **Marketing Cloud Solution Engineering**team is a group of innovative professionals driving Salesforce’s industry-leading digital marketing solutions. We help customers design and implement strategies that elevate their marketing, connect with their audiences, and transform business performance.
**Your Impact**
As a Solution Engineer, you will partner with clients and internal teams to align business challenges with Salesforce technology. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will:
- Solve Business Problems: Define and analyze complex challenges, generate innovative ideas, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Drive Innovation: Present and evaluate solution options, build consensus, and help shape decision frameworks that deliver long-term value.
- Connect Experiences: Deliver engaging demos, design future-state customer journeys, and build strategic IT roadmaps.
- You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Product teams, engaging across the full customer lifecycle to deliver impactful, multi-product solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (user, implementer, or SE)
- Technical knowledge of AMPScript, integrations, and APIs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to influence VP to C-level
- Proven success driving organizational change and digital transformation
- Background in consulting, process design, digital governance, or team dynamics a plus
- Broad understanding of technology trends, user-centered design, and consumer behavior
- Experience shaping digital roadmaps and negotiating long-term initiatives
- Ability to work across teams and manage the entire project lifecycle
Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer work, etc.).
