Solution Specialist As a Solution Specialist, you are the referent for the downstream processes. define and establish target solution , starting from an initial conceptual vision and evolving into a more concrete solution specification. You make high-level design choices according to the business strategy; dictate the standards, guidelines, best practices, and patterns and identify impacts on the information system . You will have to understand business requirements, prepare or review specifications, work effectively with other functional and technical team members, make recommendations, and converge all requirements into one/several solutions. When specifications are set and solutions defined, you will also ensure the delivery of the solution hand-in-hand with the rest of the team. In this position, you will have three main roles covering a large scope of responsibilities:You are the gatekeeper of the downstream processes and its integration with the rest of the ecosystem : Understand the business needs and translate into a solution. With other team members, design cross-process flows. Work closely and confidently with various departments. You are ensuring maintenance and enhancement of your process. You act as trusted partner for long term & continuous improvement : Manage business relationship to define target priorities and business value. Ensure communication and be responsible of oneself indicators (measurable KPIs). Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate and perform with the other domains to ensure end-to-end design. Elaborate action plans for continuous improvements of the solution and solving recurrent incidents. You are part of the company that implements worldwide initiatives. You will be onboarded as Americas (SWLT, NLT, NAM) project team member in S/4 worldwide roadmap. As a summary : You will have a full view of what is done in our team. You will be responsible of SAP Downstream processes, including integration with the other flows. You will be making solution design decisions as an owner of the SAP Downstream solution & processes. You will manage the business relationship to ensure priority and business value. You will enable long term value by proposing improvement. IT Skills Must Experience in IT best practices. Must Medium experience in SAP SD. Must Basic experience in SAP MM. Must First experience on full SAP project lifecycle. Plus Basic experience in SAP SD/MM tax related implementation of North & South America countries. Plus Basic experience in SAP LE. Plus Basic experience in SAP Fiori. Plus Basic experience in SAP Development. Plus Basic experience in SAP EDI integration. Plus Basic experience with test campaign executions & automation tool. Plus Basic experience with JIRA and ServiceNow. Business Skills Must Basic sales and distribution business processes understanding. Must Basic procurement business processes understanding. Plus Basic experience in agricultural, pharmaceutical, food beverage or retail industry practices. Plus Experience in soft commodity trading practices. Soft Skills Must Great relationship and ability to work with multiple teams. Must Ability and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team. Must Ability and flexibility to learn fast and adapt to new solutions. Must Ability to demonstrate Critical Thinking. Must Strong analysis, synthesis & communication capacity (written & oral). Must Flexibility/adaptability in a quick changing background scenario & no uncomfortable feelings in front of ambiguity. Must Business customer focused and high proactivity. Must Analytical and problem-solving Skills. Must Be fluent in English, written and spoken. Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience Must 4 years proven experience in IT projects. Must Experience with SAP SD/MM. Plus Experience working in a large IT team & collaborative environment. Plus Experience working in international multi-cultural environment. Languages English (Fluent) Education Master degree (or equivalent) in IT, Supply Chain, Business school or equivalent. Additional: You will report to a manager based in General Lagos, Argentina. Few national & international travels to the other.
