**IT Support Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to identify improvement opportunities and design strategies to fully exploit the capabilities of digital tools, such as Google Sheets, EMR system, Notion, among others.
- Lead digitization initiatives, transforming paper-based processes to electronic solutions to increase efficiency and reduce resource consumption.
- Use generative AI tools to create and automate high-quality content.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and generative AI technologies

**Requirements**:

- Education in careers such as Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical support analyst with a focus on maximizing the use of digital tools.
- Advanced knowledge of digital office tools.

Experience in digitization and process transformation projects.
- Advanced diagnostic and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users of varying skill levels.
- Relevant certifications in digital tools and project management would be beneficial. This role is not only focused on providing support, but also leading initiatives to maximize the potential of digital tools and facilitate the transition to more efficient and digitized processes.
- English level B2 and above.
