**Responsibilities**:
Design and implement financial planning solutions using IBM Planning Analytics to achieve project success, including cubes, rules, dimensions, T1 process/chores, web sheets (Static and Active forms) and turbo integrator processes
Perform data discovery/quality analysis and architect a solution in TM1 based upon customer requirements
Ensure the successful delivery and implementation of modifications into the production environment
Model, design, and create Cognos TM1 Cubes from OLTP sources into OLAP cubes
Create and administer security at all levels, client-groups, cubes, dimensions, and processes
Integrate various relational database platforms in design and development of ETL processes and relational databases into reporting cubes
Provide incident management support to users of TM1/Planning Analytics; analyze and resolve cross-functional data issues
Work with business users to design and develop reports using PAX, PAW
Build sustainable relationships with technical teams and business stakeholders
Create and maintain technical design and administrative
Advocate best practices in reporting and analysis, including data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation
Manage TM1 database assets with version control software
Participate in daily stand-up calls and Agile Sprints
Responsible for reviewing the new releases and upgrades relating to TM1/PAW/PAX and coordinate with IBM and internal team to push the new releases.

Experience & Education
5+ years of Cognos TM1 work experience in developing end-to-end analytics solutions, including system configuration, model building, data security, and reporting
Experience developing in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW)
Strong hands-on knowledge of TI processes, rules for cube-to-cube data flows, and customized workflows
Expertise in the design and development of large-scale integrations between Enterprise-wide Data Warehouse & TM1/Planning Analytics
Excellent communications, presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization on a regular basis
Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Expertise in developing Planning, Budgeting and Forecast Models
