Planning and Analytics Lead, Google Cloud Google Minimum qualifications: 10 years of experience in extended workforce operations in either sourcing, process excellence, workforce management (WFM), solutions, or service delivery. Experience in business planning, enterprise reporting, data visualization, workforce planning, and budget management. Experience executing global delivery transformation initiatives. Preferred qualifications: Experience with implementing automation of workforce management, reporting, and dashboards. Experience with the Google Workspace suite (e.g., Sheets, Slides, Docs). Knowledge of SQL, Google Data Studio, and other data visualization tools. About the job : The Google Cloud Vendor Management Organization (VMO) has responsibility for all extended workforce needs across Google Cloud, including but not limited to extended workforce strategy, vendor partner selection, governance, and operations and performance management. We are focused on partnering closely with the businesses we support to achieve proactive issue resolution and value creation. In this role, you will help to define strategy, follow through with operational excellence to realize that strategy, and drive continuous improvement, creating a great work environment for our extended workforce teams while minimizing risk. As Planning and Analytics Lead, you will be instrumental in enabling the execution of the Cloud VMO strategy. You will be a part of the Strategy Enablement function of Google Cloud VMO and drive key strategic enablers such as Demand Planning, Oversight for Exception management, Budget Tracking, Centralized Reporting, and Market Intelligence. You will work with cross-functional teams in Support, Sales, and Engineering, along with central functions such as Procurement and Finance, to map current state, assess future demand, and develop budget forecasts. You will collaborate to centralize vendor performance management, reporting, and insights to deliver critical insights and knowledge enabling data-driven strategy development. Responsibilities : Work with business teams on resource demand, capacity, budget planning, and auditing vendor compliance to agreement terms. Manage centralized performance reporting and develop insightful dashboards enabling data driven service management. Manage vendor assessment scorecards and models benchmarking vendor performance. Perform operational and financial analysis including spend analytics, budget to plan tracking, and GAP analysis. Direct primary and secondary external market research to establish industry benchmarks around cost benchmarks, performance metrics, vendor capabilities, and location SWOT analysis.
