**PROJECT OVERVIEW**

DataArt is developing its AEM capability, and we are looking for a Senior AEM Developer who is interested in joining this initiative. You will be part of a team comprised of different skill levels, who will also help you with the tasks, capability development, and a PM, who will cover all organizational matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Leading the technical part of capability development (AEM project architecture planning, designing and evaluating)
- Assisting projects leadership with conducting AEM projects planning, estimating, risk identification and mitigation planning
- Taking part in improving DataArt AEM education paths
- Attending and improving AEM developers' recruitment processes
- Mentoring and educating other team members
- Supporting from technical side pre-sales, AEM projects activities

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in the IT industry
- Work experience in the position of a senior and/or AEM tech lead
- Hands-on experience with modern approaches to building AEM sites
- Team-oriented and proactive
- A desire to lead and mentor
- Love to work with people and be around people
- Good spoken and written English

**Nice to have**
- Frontend development skills: JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and related technologies
- Hands-on experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Launch, Analytics, Target, Campaign)
- Passed Adobe certifications: Architect/Developer-level on Adobe Experience Cloud products
