Treasury Analyst Sr

Remitee, a rapidly growing international Fintech focused on cross-border payments, is looking for a **Treasury Data Analyst** to join our Treasury team.

As a Treasury Analyst at Remitee, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our growing company. You will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and mitigating financial risks to support our mission of transforming the financial lives of millions of people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Liquidity Management**: Oversee and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
- **FX Operations**: Analyze rates and spreads from multiple providers, countries, and execute FX transactions as needed.
- **Forecasting & Analysis**: Develop predictive models of funding needs and demand by country, client, or channel, based on historical data and transaction behavior.
- **Reconciliation & Automation**: Contribute to the design and automation of bank reconciliation processes.
- **Bank Relations**: Coordinate with local and correspondent banks to ensure funds availability, manage settlement times, and negotiate financial conditions.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Manage company-wide cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investment opportunities.
- **Financial Analysis**: Perform deep-dive analysis on treasury operations to identify improvement areas and recommend cost-saving or efficiency-boosting initiatives.
- **Risk Management**: Monitor FX exposure, assess potential risks, and propose strategies to mitigate financial impact.
- **Reporting**: Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, providing insight into treasury performance and emerging trends.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Treasury role, including hands-on experience in cash management, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and FX operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, foreign exchange markets, and risk management principles.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data for decision-making.
- Proficiency in tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, and/or Python for data analysis or process automation.
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
