We will be looking for you to join our collaborative team of Treasurers who are responsible for the treasury logistics. Your role will be key to control our armored truck vendors which we use throughout the country. You’ll control and distribute invoices managing billing difference claims to ensure punctuality and accuracy of payments. You will assist in all planning duties including estimating future collection services cost, analyzing deviations, and developing forecast models. You’ll support management with budget assessments and mitigation activities proposals. Producing reports that evaluate operational and cost indicators identifying areas where improvements can be implemented will be a main task. Also, you’ll have to estimate the annual cost and monitor the evolution on weekly basis. You’ll be monitoring the agreements and insurance policies of suppliers. You will work alongside internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any issues. Besides, you’ll participate in the treasury projects to improve the processes.

For this role, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree or advanced student in Finance, administration, or similar career and you’ll need to have more than 2 experience’ years in Accounting or Treasury within financial services companies (desirable). In this role, you’ll be expected to have an intermediate/advanced English level and advanced Excel. You should have very good planning and organizational skills. Power BI knowledge is desirable.
