Our Finance team in Buenos Aires a is growing and we are looking for a **Treasury Analyst** who will help implementing and improving controls in Treasury Operations area.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review, reconcile and monitor weekly Customer activity to ensure reports are published with accurate data.
- Review, reconcile and monitor weekly/bi-monthly/monthly Referrals activity, calculating appropriate fees.
- Support monthly/weekly cash flow analysis providing the information/reports needed.
- Perform payments planning report on a weekly basis.
- Carry out a daily control of Bank activity.
- Built other potential treasury reports ad-hoc.
- Reconcile Back-Office vs Power BI information to ensure correct data base for accounting purposes.
- Undertake analytical review of processes owned to ensure appropriate controls are settled in place and suggest potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines required by the Parent Company and relevant local legal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitude.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at treasury positions and/or at accounting positions.
- Analytical thinking.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organisational/time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under mínimal direction.
- Fluent Spanish and English advanced.
