We welcome passionate warriors and are currently looking for a **Media Marketing Lead** to help us boost our marketing activities in **Latam**.

**What you can expect from us and your role**:

- Responsible for the development of the regional media plan (on and off line).
- Responsible for the definition of strategy, organic growth plan, the definition of KPIs, and reporting.
- Ensure the right strategy to increase the user base.
- Translate strategies, objectives, and business goals into successful programs and campaigns using effective tactics and methodologies.
- Lead the relationship with media partners
- Optimize negotiations with media partners and define the media creative strategy
- Lead and optimize the work of the creative agency in the production of assets.
- Lead and develop an awesome team.

**What we expect from you**:

- At least 4 years experience in similar roles.
- Strong track record of data analysis and strategy (Google Analytics is a plus).
- Creative and analytical profile.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing content trends and creative assets.
- Excellent skill in verbal and written communication in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge in Digital Content and digital platforms.
- Knowledge in Off line content in media networks.
- Heavy consumer of sports content and interest in it.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Cooperate with business units, leveraging strategic vision to inform, consult, and recommend innovative solutions to unparalleled challenges.
- Interact directly with areas and be able to answer questions about campaign performance, analysis, and strategy.
- Curiosity about technology: a keen interest in how technology can solve problems from every day to life-changing.
