Media Lead Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina Job type: Permanent The “Digital & Media Lead” for SOCO/COPAC will lead the role’s digital agenda, supporting all brands with the right digital and media knowledge to push performance and contribute to growth while connecting strongly with the business. The lead will guide the way, translate regional strategies into activation, and push the team’s standards and excellence in media planning and buying. The mission is to engage the team in a single agenda, level up regional excellence, ensure right execution, and simplify the Jobs to be done. Main Responsibilities Co‑create the media & digital strategic ambition. Lead the full media & digital team and inspire digitalization across the company. Guide the team to execute media aligned with market priorities, establishing effective project governance and ways of working. Ensure brands’ digital activation initiatives are impactful, leveraging owned, earned and paid digital channels (SEM, video, social, programmatic); orchestrate flawless execution and support engagement with third‑party vendors where needed. Design and implement a robust consumer data capture, analytical and modeling framework. Align with regional and global guidelines and fully leverage global tools to identify performance opportunities, improve customer experience, and acquire valuable customer insights. Conceive and own overall Country Digital Transformation; establish and lead business processes, programs and projects, resource allocation, KPIs, and governance activities to measure progress, implement executive decisions rapidly and ensure quality, communication, and reinforcement of winning principles. Implement PM campaigns when required and ensure the process is followed by media in the categories/agencies and main stakeholders. Closely work with media and creative agencies to implement, measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (ROI & KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Plan experiments and conversion tests (AB tests / pilot, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to create web sites / landing pages and optimize user experience, if required. Connect with digital partners / vendors to bring proposals and business opportunities. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership within training to help “digitalize” the marketing and media team. Run media negotiations with offline and online media vendors together with procurement and regional LATAM media. About You Experience: +10 years of experience in similar roles (digital agencies / other clients / FMCG is an advantage). Technical skills: Excel, advanced level. Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Publishing or related. Languages: English, advanced level.
