**Media Performance Lead (Remote)**:
**Latino Legends** is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps global B2B and B2C brands scale through data-driven advertising, automation, and digital strategy. Their fully remote team operates across Latin America and the U.S., focused on measurable results, collaboration, and growth.

We’re looking for a **Media Performance Lead** to join their team — a proactive, analytical, and process-oriented professional who can lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across **Meta, Google, and LinkedIn**.
- Develop **strategic media plans** aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Continuously monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements for maximum ROI.
- Manage and allocate **budgets** effectively across multiple channels.
- Generate detailed performance reports using **AgencyAnalytics, Google Analytics**, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative and account teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new tools, formats, and strategies.
- Take ownership of campaign performance with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

**What You Bring**:

- ** 3+ years** managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Proven success in **strategy, optimization, and reporting**.
- Strong **analytical and process-oriented** mindset — background in engineering, systems, or operations is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of **campaign setup, tracking, and optimization** best practices.
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**.
- Comfortable being on camera and presenting insights during client or team meetings.
- Experience managing multiple clients and priorities in a **remote environment**.
