Summary:
This role requires two main responsibilities:
- Respond to HR policy and procedure queries within the HR Central Portal and HR self-service forms associated with HR transactions.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Respond to HR policy and procedure requires within the HR Central Portal and HR self-service forms associated with HR transactions.
- Collect documentation from CEs to present to clients in order for a correct operation in BU
- Gather information and record data in HR tools.
- Monitor transaction status and escalate transactions as needed.
- This position requires follow-up with employees to ensure completion of tasks within specified performance parameters (SLA's).
- Assess the root cause of problems and inform employees of measures to resolve the problems.
- Provide feedback on the accuracy of internal knowledge articles and other customer contact tools.
- Support for new hiring processes.
- Ensuring that employees keep their personal data up to date.
- Manage the HR invoice process for HR, Legal and Health & Safety.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to maintain documentation on the recruitment process and respond to customer queries related to the Personnel role, including Medical Examinations, Background Checks, and Completing Recruitment Forms.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Language: Advanced English (reading/writing/verbal) ,
SOFT SKILLS
- Organizational skills, be able to handle different tasks at same time
- Problem solving
- Aware of ethical responsibilities. Be able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
- Communication skills
- Be able to get directions and run with them
