Role Purpose:
Own and grow the commercial relationship with major wholesale drugstore clients driving volume, profitability, and execution excellence. This role is critical to expand reach, secure market leadership, and ensure flawless distribution of our consumer healthcare portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end account management with national wholesale drugstores, focusing on sustainable growth and strategic partnerships.- Develop and execute annual joint business plans, including commercial terms, product mix optimization, and tailored incentives.- Drive forecasting, order management, and inventory control in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Finance.- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance, identify gaps, and proactively propose actions to close them.- Ensure alignment with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Demand Planning) to deliver against brand and commercial objectives.- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Profile Requirements:
- Solid experience in key account management, preferably with wholesale clients in Pharma or FMCG.- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.- Strategic and hands-on, able to manage both the commercial and operational sides of the account.- Results-driven with strong ownership mindset.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
