**What will you be doing?**
- ** Deal Structuring & Support**: Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team in structuring complex deals, including those involving non-standard pricing, custom terms, ramped agreements, and unique customer requirements.
- ** Quote & OF Management**: Assist in the accurate creation, review, and modification of quotes and Order Forms (OFs) within Salesforce (SFDC CPQ), ensuring all details align with negotiated terms and company policies.
- ** Process & Policy Adherence**: Ensure all deals adhere to established company policies, pricing guidelines, revenue recognition principles (e.g., ASC 606), and legal terms.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Act as a central liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance, to facilitate seamless deal flow and resolve complex deal-related inquiries efficiently.
- ** Approval Workflow Management**: Support the navigation and adherence to internal approval processes, ensuring timely review and documentation of all necessary approvals for deals.
- ** Documentation & Training**: Contribute to building and maintaining comprehensive Deal Desk documentation, playbooks, and training materials to empower the sales team and ensure process consistency.
- ** Data Integrity & Reporting**: Maintain high data integrity within SFDC related to deals and contribute to reporting on key deal desk metrics to identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
- ** Issue Resolution**: Act as a point of contact for deal-related questions and provide thorough, timely answers, troubleshooting quote errors and system discrepancies.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Participate in initiatives to streamline deal desk processes, enhance system efficiency, and improve the overall effectiveness of deal support.

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or similar role within a high-tech company (SaaS/Cloud model preferred).
- BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or other quantitative fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar quote-to-cash (QTC) tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a relentless drive for excellence in process execution and deal integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
