**Vaccines Account Lead**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

This role will be demand generator with fundamental objective of promoting vaccines in Argentina. Will develop and manage HCPs and KOLs.

This position will report to Vaccines Sales Manager and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Provide clear & impactful product messaging to target accounts all within the company compliance expectations.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of physicians.
- Keep management informed with activity and results reports, CRM, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Achieve/exceed individual sales goals & manage territory budget.
- Work in close collaboration with Key Account Managers and MSLs to develop and implement an impactful territory management plan.
- Manage key accounts and stablish trusted relationships with KOLs / institutions.
- Participate and represent Takeda at conferences/congresses.
- Prioritize the resource allocations considering market situations.
- Create and Manage preventive and educational activities of the pathologies related to the products and indications under their responsibility.
- Maintain a proactive attitude towards product and disease training.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science is desired.
- Minimum 3 years Pharmaceutical sales, preferably in vaccines and or primary care.
- Proven track record of understanding vaccine market and customers’ needs and the ability to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions.
- Broad knowledge of Healthcare System.
- It is desirable to have experience in interview approach techniques in different channels of digital contacts.
- Omnichannel and Digital Channel is a plus.
- 40/50% of local and some regional travel.

- Ability to communicate ideas in a persuasive and appropriate manner and to build collaborative work relationships.
- Is able to demonstrate effective communication of marketing and sales messages.
- Is able to engage in detailed conversations with clinicians and payers about local management of disease through strong understanding of vaccine and how Takeda can help improve disease prevention.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

Este rol será responsable de generar demanda con el objetivo fundamental de promover vacunas en Argentina. A su vez, desarrollará y aplicará HCP y KOL.

Esta posición reporta al Vaccines Sales Manager y tiene base en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Proporcionar mensajes de productos claros e impactantes para las cuentas objetivo dentro de las expectativas de cumplimiento de la empresa.
- Enfocar los esfuerzos de ventas mediante el estudio del volumen existente y potencial de médicos.
- Mantener informada a la gerencia con informes de actividad y resultados, CRM, planes de trabajo semanales y análisis de territorio mensuales y anuales.
- Alcanzar/superar los objetivos de ventas individuales y gestionar el presupuesto del territorio.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los gerentes de cuentas clave y los MSL para desarrollar e implementar un plan de gestión de territorio impactante.
- Administrar cuentas clave y establecer relaciones de confianza con KOL / instituciones.
- Participar y representar a Takeda en conferencias/congresos.
- Priorizar las asignaciones de recursos teniendo en cuenta las situaciones del mercado.
- Crear y gestionar actividades preventivas y educativas de las patologías relacionadas con los productos e indicaciones bajo su responsabilidad.
- Mantener una actitud proactiva hacia el entrenamiento de productos y enfermedades.

**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**

**Experiência y educación**:

- Título de grado en Biología, Química o ciencias relacionadas. Deseable.
- Mínimo de 3 años de ventas farmacéuticas, preferentemente en vacunas y/o atención primaria.
- Se requiere experiência en la implementación del Programa Nacional de Inmunización de Vacunas (específica del mercado).
- Historial comprobado de comprensión del mercado de vacunas y las necesidades de los clientes y la capacidad de traducir sus necesidades en tácticas y soluciones altamente impactantes.
- Amplio conocimiento del Sistema Sanitario.
- Es deseable tener experiência en técnicas de acercamiento de entrevistas en diferentes canales de contactos digitales.
- Comprensión profunda del modelo de negocio de vacunas.
- Comprensión profunda de las políticas locales y específicas de las vacunas y cómo estas afectan la toma de decisiones.
- El canal omnicanal y digital es una ventaja.
- 40/50% de viajes locales y regionales.
