Gi Account Lead

The primary role of this position is to effectively promote GI (Gastro intestinals) brands with key doctors and accounts, pro-actively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop business within the defined region.
The role reports to GI Regional Sales Manager and will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Develop account strategy and plans**
- Identify opportunities and strategies to improve positioning of GI portfolio at a local level.
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet targets and further improve positioning of TAKEDA´s Oncology products at a local level.
- Engage HCPs in dialogue about approved indications, product efficacy / safety profiles and treatment protocols to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients
- Establish and maintain ongoing, long term collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
- Build knowledge and understanding about TAKEDA's overall GI value proposition, and product's labelled indications and efficacy data among all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support and lead marketing and medical initiatives providing relevant territory and customer info and advise for optimal investments in the region
- Arrange multidisciplinary workshops for physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Arrange and coordinate effective speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs
Ensure compliance with the TAKEDA Code of Conduct, Global External Interactions Policy and Standards, and Privacy Policy and Standards, especially when interacting with Patient Groups
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Experience**
- University degree in Administrative, Health, Marketing or related (required).
- Minimum three years of experience as a sales representative at High cost drugs including multinational companies. (required)
- Experience to work effectively with cross functions (access, commercial area, medical department).

La función principal de este puesto es promover de manera efectiva los productos GI (Gastrointestinales) con médicos y cuentas clave, identificando de manera proactiva oportunidades comerciales, presentando propuestas de valor alineadas con las necesidades y objetivos de las partes interesadas y recomendando soluciones para impulsar y desarrollar negocios dentro de los límites definidos como región.
El puesto reporta al Gerente Regional de Ventas de GI y tendrá su sede en Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Develop account strategy and plans**
- Identificar oportunidades y estrategias para mejorar el posicionamiento del portafolio de GI a nível local.
- Trabajar con el Gerente de Ventas para desarrollar una estrategia local y un plan de negocios para cumplir con los objetivos y mejorar aún más el posicionamiento de los productos de GI de TAKEDA a nível local.
**Create deep stakeholder relationships**
- Involucrar a los HCP en el diálogo sobre las indicaciones aprobadas, los perfiles de eficacia/seguridad del producto y los protocolos de tratamiento para respaldar la prescripción en la etiqueta para los pacientes apropiados.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones de colaboración continuas y de largo plazo con las partes interesadas.
- Desarrollar conocimiento y comprensión sobre la propuesta general de valor de GI de TAKEDA y las indicaciones del producto y los datos de eficacia entre todas las partes interesadas relevantes.
- Brindar apoyo y liderar iniciativas médicas y de marketing brindando información relevante sobre el territorio y los clientes y asesoramiento para inversiones óptimas en la región
- Organizar actividades (ateneos, workshops) multidisciplinarios para médicos y otros profesionales de la salud.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Título Universitario en Salud, Marketing o afines (Requerido).
- Experiência mínima tres años trabajando con productos de alto costo. (Requerido).
- Conocimiento general de la metodología de Acceso en medicamentos de alto costo. (Deseable).
- Dominio de las aplicaciones de oficina, incluidas (Word, Excel y PPT).
- Conocimientos básicos del idioma inglés.
