We are looking for an Account Support Associate for our important client who offers Accountant Consultancy Service.

This team is responsible for managing the entire client financial process, from price planning to invoicing and collections, ensuring that each stage is efficient and error-free.

Main responsibilities of the position:

They oversee and manage the financial flow of projects, ensuring that each engagement has correct pricing and is aligned with company policies.They manage the creation and management of engagement codes (E-Codes) in SAP, ensuring that billing terms are appropriate.They oversee the invoicing and collections process, ensuring that invoices are issued correctly, delivered to clients, and collected in a timely manner.They collaborate with the US teams, acting as a key point of contact to resolve financial issues and optimize processes.They review and approve invoicing adjustments and reversals, ensuring that any corrections are aligned with contracts and internal policies.They lead and develop the LATAM team, ensuring operational efficiency and promoting continuous improvements in financial processesThey ensure the company invoices correctly and collects payments on time, minimizing errors and ensuring project profitability

Requisitos

Knowledge and skills required for the position:

1 or more years of experience in financial processes, invoicing, and collectionsAdvanced level of SAP proficiency Advanced level of English verbally and written to with global teamsStudent or graduated in business economics, accounting or administrationExcellent attention to detail and organizations skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
