**What’s the opportunity?**
We are looking for an Experience Management Lead who will be responsible for the XM area, designing our processes & solutions, implementing new tools, and finding new and better ways to deliver amazing experiences to our customers.
**What will I be doing?**:
- Design & measure our merchant's experience.
- Develop action plans to increase our merchant's loyalty.
- Implement a new CRM, to boost our merchant's experience.
- Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
- Define with the CX Manager, XM North and a roadmap to achieve greatness
- Be organized, detail-oriented, take the initiative, and follow up independently.
- Acquire excellent product knowledge, to guarantee the quality of service provided to customers.
- Push yourself and the team by recognizing and suggesting areas of improvement.
- Interact and work together with the different areas of the company.
**What skills do I need?**:
- Bachelor’s degree. Ex: Industrial Engineering, Communication, Administration (MBA degree is a plus).
- Passion for customer experiences and deep interest in understanding client needs.
- Ability to understand metrics / Data-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great Attitude and ability to learn quickly and be resourceful.
- Google Sheets/Excel knowledge.
- Fluent written and spoken EnglishBasic Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
