**Lead Accountant
- The Lead Accountant is responsible for the accounting department.
- Virtually supports our offices located in the U.S.
- During working hours, is on live with the team located in the U.S., interacting with them, sharing computer screens, attending virtual meetings, and exchanging files.

**Workspace Requirements**
- Desktop or laptop with a good video camera.
- Fast and stable internet connection.
- A quiet room or space at home, away from noises or distractions.

**Functions & Responsibilities**
- Manages invoices and daily sales information and prepares all relevant reports.
- Verifies correct ledger coding and authorizes payments for invoices and key data.
- Audits all paperwork to ensure compliance with the company systems and standards.
- Prepares and presents, to management, all financial statements and prepares budgets.
- Manages relationships with various products and services providers.
- Sources, negotiates, and purchases supplies and equipment.
- Manages payroll, and other related HR tasks.
- Manages office inventory.
- Supports our CPA and other off-site accounting staff.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Must have an advanced command of the English language.
- Must be committed, focused, and devoted to building a career.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks.
- Having experience with restaurant accounting is a plus.

**Flexible Working Hours**

**Working Days**:  Monday to Friday

**Shift Duration**: Your choice, between 5-hour to 8-hour shifts.

**Time Range**:  Anytime between 13:00 and 21:00 (ARG time)

**Job Types**:Full-time, Part-time

**Compensation**:We offer competitive compensation, on an hourly basis, based on each person’s experience and qualifications.
