Advisory & Insights Associate Lead Talent Accenture About our Team The Global People Analytics (GPA) team is made up of over 300 analytics, reporting, solution architecture, product owner, development, data science, and change management/training professionals around the world whose mission is to provide Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data‑led decision making. About this Role Our Advisory & Insights people are the face of GPA to our external stakeholders and customers, providing strategic decision support to the stakeholders in their assigned area(s). They also work across the ecosystem to strategically influence our products, services, and offerings based on customer feedback. This role is focused on providing analytics advisory and insights services in support of critical/special initiatives as well as integrated planning activities. Reports to: Advisory & Insights Lead – Talent Organization Performance Responsibilities Serve as the face of the team, advising senior stakeholders on the most complex analytic needs and challenges in the talent/HR space. Effectively design and deliver service offerings that address the nuanced and complex needs of our business. Communicate priorities and needs to others on the team to influence and drive the vision and roadmap of our products. Advocate for the modern/digital HR agenda with a focus on driving analytic and reporting capabilities, solutions, products, offerings, and services. Qualifications & Skills 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Advanced English oral and written communication. Proven experience in similar roles. Strong stakeholder management. Data analytics and interpretation. Advanced communication and strong interpersonal skills. Advanced Excel & analytical skills. PowerPoint and project management skills. Talent management. Ability to work cross‑culturally. Experience with creating executive presentations. Agile mindset; able to adjust priorities in a rapid‑paced environment. Client‑facing experience. Background/knowledge of statistics (not mandatory). Ability to create a worksheet/custom report within Workday. Knowledge of Power BI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
