**What would you be doing?**
- ** Salesforce Implementation and Configuration**: Lead and participate in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring proper and efficient configuration to meet client requirements.
- ** Project Management**: collaborate with the PM to drive projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution.
- ** Data Transition and Migration**: Plan and execute data transition and migration processes effectively and securely, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- ** Analysis and Optimization**: Conduct detailed analysis of current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce environment.
**Qualifications**
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration, preferably with Salesforce certifications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and SAQL for data querying and analysis within Salesforce.
- Experience in project management, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, interacting with different teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactiveness, analytical skills, and ability to efficiently solve problems.
