**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Meta-advertising strategies that align with business goals and audience preferences.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Meta advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the setup, launch, and ongoing management of Meta advertising campaigns.
- Craft engaging ad copies, headlines, and visuals to resonate with target audiences and drive high engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign insights to stakeholders.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to ensure optimal return on investment.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of meta-advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the home services niche or contractor marketing is a must.

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

**Salary**: USD 1500 - USD 2000
