We’re seeking a talented and experienced **Meta Ads Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns for both _lead generation and e-commerce_ clients. You’ll bring a blend of analytical skills, creative vision, and self-sufficiency to manage campaigns that deliver measurable results. A strong understanding of creative direction, conversion tracking, and campaign strategy is essential.

You’ll work closely with our team to align creative assets and strategies with campaign goals, but you’ll also have the autonomy to _make decisions and drive results_.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to achieve lead generation and e-commerce client goals.
- Develop creative strategies, provide creative direction, and request or guide asset creation to align with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven optimizations to improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools like Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and GA4.
- Analyze campaign data and deliver clear, actionable performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and branding.
- Fast response, great communication, and able to take action when given the proper resources or information.
- Stay up-to-date on Meta Ads best practices, trends, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for both lead-gen and e-commerce clients.
- Strong understanding of creative direction and ad design for high-performing campaigns.
- Experience with conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4).
- Self-sufficient with the ability to take ownership of campaigns and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Creative problem-solver who can think both logically and emotionally when strategizing and optimizing campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
