The Role Are you passionate about music and understand the power of online promotion? Do you have a knack for crafting engaging ads and analyzing their impact? Then we want you Responsibilities Become the engine behind musicians' online success, crafting targeted Meta ad campaigns that amplify their music and reach new fans. Design eye‑catching video ads using Canva and Capcut, captivating audiences and driving engagement. Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Communicate effectively with musicians, understanding their brand and vision to create campaigns that resonate. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management. Strong analytical skills and understanding of tracking. Google Analytics experience. Excellent written and spoken English communication. A passion for music and the digital music landscape (a plus, but not required). Why Join Us?
