**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
We are a major multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. With a strong presence in LATAM, we are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Payroll Senior Analyst to join our team and oversee payroll operations specifically for our Brazil workforce.
Required Strengths: solid analytical skills, self-initiative and customer service orientation.
**Required Qualifications And Competencies**
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for our LATAM employees, including data entry, calculations, and payroll processing in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including wage calculations, bonuses, commissions, and deductions, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with LATAM labor laws, tax regulations, social security contributions, and other payroll-related legislation, and implement necessary updates in payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the BSC departments to ensure accurate employee data, smooth integration of systems, and effective resolution of payroll-related issues.
- Eventually respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax withholdings, and deductions, providing exceptional customer service and resolving concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity, promptly identifying and rectifying discrepancies or errors.
- Generate payroll reports, including tax reports, benefits reports, and other relevant analytics, to support management decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Proven ability to assist with the successful go live of payroll systems, including standardizing processes, documenting procedures, and serving as the primary point of contact (POC) for payroll within the country.
- Demonstrated and extensive expertise in payroll management.
- Provide local payroll input to configure MyHR based on local requirements.
- Participate in implementing payroll system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
