En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.** **Payroll & HR Accounting Professional** The main purpose of the Payroll & HR Accounting Specialist role is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with legal reporting requirements, and effective management of HR accounting functions within the CONOSUR region. **Your mission will be to**: - Accurately process and oversee payroll functions for the CONOSUR region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies._ - Prepare and present legal reports related to payroll and human resources, including IPS (Social Security Institute) and BPS (Social Welfare Bank) reports, microfichas in Argentina and legal book for Chile._ - Support the preparation and filing of social security charges in Chile and Argentina._ - Handle both voluntary and involuntary final settlements for employees in the CONOSUR region, optimizing the end-to-end process with improvements and automations._ - Conduct daily payment issuance, including processing payments to third parties, managing garnishments, and coordinating with various entities such as Amubay, self-employed individuals, unions, and for provincial taxes._ - Administer "Tu Recibo" platform, ensuring timely and accurate uploading of monthly and off-cycle payroll receipts._ - Perform HR accounting tasks, including reconciliation of accounts in Trintech (Monsanto), controlling provisions, and recording monthly and off-cycle accounting entries._ - Provide accurate labor cost reports for business decisions and assist in monthly and yearly financial closures for Chile, both in Monsanto and Bayer frameworks._ - Ensure proper reconciliation of property accounts and compliance with legal and financial standards for Conosur._ **Unlock your potential** - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration. - Proven experience in payroll processing and HR accounting. - Strong knowledge of local labor laws, taxation, and payroll regulations. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - English - intermediate / advanced This is your opportunity to tackle the world’s biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
