**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a key member of a high-performing team, you'll put your passion for technology and interest in business to work helping to develop and improve technology solutions that are the backbone of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Your primary role will be analyzing business requirements and processes and working with development teams to translate those needs into high-quality solutions. In the process, you'll learn about the firm's core strategies, collaborate with teams in different technical functions and lines of business, and fine-tune your analytical and communication skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

- Knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Alteryx, PEGA, SNow, Tableau, UIPath.
- Experience in at least one area of the firm, as well as basic knowledge of the business
- Understanding of basic software development principles and processes
- Ability to work effectively on teams and with stakeholders to achieve common goals
- A background in Technology Operations (NW, Servers, End Users, Technology Rooms)
- Capable of Planning & Project management
- Ability to Manage & Prioritize a workload that changes daily
- Critical Thinking and attention to detail
