Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Prepare income tax returns for Argentine entity
- Help with reporting of advance tax payments
- Analyze provision-to-return true-up adjustments & prepare entries as needed
- Prepare indirect (VAT & TT) tax returns
- Assist with resident and non-resident withholding tax reporting processes
- Prepare Argentina tax provision calculations and prepare journal entries
- Help with local statutory financial statement reporting process
- Work with service providers on annual tax audits
- Assist with annual BEPS compliance reporting including CBCR and TP
- Prepare tax account reconciliations periodically
- Assist with transfer pricing audit process
- Help with tax reporting for non-resident shareholder entities
- Participate in planning opportunities within the Argentina and Latam tax function
- Prepare responses to tax notices and other inquiries as needed
- Assist with both direct and indirect tax audits as needed
- Help monitor tax landscape for any direct or indirect tax law changes that may impact the business
- Other duties as assigned by the Argentina Tax Manager
