As a Senior Associate, you’ll facilitate the implementation of change management strategies with our clients. You’ll draw upon your strong analytical abilities as you provide data analysis and perform root-cause analysis to determine the areas that will have the highest return for our clients. As you develop your leadership skills, you’ll work with our clients to ensure that change management strategies are sustained by a culture of continuous improvement - so you will be able to see your impact long after you have left the engagement site.

By working with us you will have the opportunity to learn the skills of traditional management consulting as well as our business transformation methodologies. You’ll be immersed in training which enables you to coach and develop people; as well as have the opportunity to connect with other PIPers at a global level.

We’re looking for results-orientated individuals who have an excellent track record of exceptional academic performance. Whilst generally our consultants have a broad spectrum of degrees, we do place a strong emphasis on quantitative skills studied in commerce, engineering, or science-based courses. As coaching forms part of our success, we look for individuals who genuinely care about people and their ongoing development.
