**Senior Digital Learning and Content Associate**

We are currently looking for a **Senior Digital Learning and Content Associate**to join our growing team.

**What you’ll do**

As a **Senior Digital Learning and Content Associate**, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences. You will lead the development of innovative instructional strategies and content across various formats including ILTs, WBTs, video-based learning, and micro-learning. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct learning needs analysis and define training strategies.
- Design and develop instructional content for diverse learning formats.
- Lead solutioning efforts including RFPs, PoCs, and proposals.
- Serve as the senior reviewer and design lead on projects.
- Mentor and manage instructional designers, identifying and addressing skill gaps.
- Engage in client interactions, presentations, and relationship management.
- Contribute to business development and client walkthroughs.
- Ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.

**Necessary Skills and Experience**
- 8-11 years of experience in instructional design.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or Humanities.
- Certification in Instructional Design (preferred).
- Expertise in ILTs, WBTs, and modern learning interventions (e.g., video, game-based, micro-learning).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing teams and client relationships.
- Familiarity with LMS projects and learning technologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of tools like Captivate and Articulate is a plus.
- English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
