World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.
WBL is a U.S.based company with a 100% remote workforce.
This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. **Resumes must be submitted in English or will not be considerd.**
**Essential Functions**:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Loan Sales Specialists to meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Ensure team members meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the Business Management Supervisor and Sales Manager to implement and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and oversee day-to-day sales activities.
- Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activity and market trends.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team of Loan Sales Executives
**Requirements**:
- **100% fluency in English**, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in **U.S. mortgage sales (5+ years)**:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a** sales environment**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
- You must have your own laptop or desktop to use (the company does not supply equipment)
