**Job Position: Operations Coordinator**
**Location**: Remote (EST Timezone)

**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage equipment inventory and record purchases.
- Process maintenance requests and issue tickets.
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to schedule and coordinate work.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and work orders.

**Required Skills**:

- ** Fluent in both Spanish and English.**:
