**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**
**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:
- Be the trusted, strategic advisor for the primary contacts within your partner portfolio; making recommendations and setting goals for the advancement of the partnership
- Manage high-complexity partnerships within the Personify Health Partner Ecosystem
- Serve as support for partner inquiries related to operational function and day-to-day process, product design, and partner integration into the Personify Health platform
- Support the creation and management of partner documentation within the internal database
- Respond to routine client-related, partner, and internal team requests and support the successful resolution of issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization
- Monitor partner case queue daily
- Work with key stakeholders on launch readiness for new partners
- Navigate multiple databases simultaneously for inquiry research and resolution
- Take on additional projects and initiatives as requested by Partner Team leadership
- Help in mentoring Partner Operations team colleagues and assist in the onboarding of new team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years’ experience managing a partner portfolio
- 1-2 years’ experience with a SaaS based software solution-based company (desired, but not required)

- Excellent and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resourceful, with a solid ability to collaborate well with peers

- Passion for team building across the Product organization and cross-functionally within Personify Health
