**What You'll Do**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product and business and assess all tax aspects of new business lines and initiatives in the region.
- Support in tax advisory on day to day initiatives and new products.
- Support management in completing special tax projects, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests, and other tasks as assigned.
- Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility.
- Provide insights to core business teams on tax impacts
- Keep a tight loop between tax and business team with data for decision
- Keep track of new products or initiatives from your subregions and alignment with regional leadership

**What You'll Need**:

- +3 years of experience in Big 4 or law firm experience strongly preferred with in-house background, ideally in Fortune 500, US based corporation
- Project management abilities, working with team members around Latin America to drive home projects.
- You're bilingual in data and storytelling, and know how to translate technical analysis into a human narrative
- Data is your bottom line; you use business judgement and experimentation to measure the impact of taxes to our growth and profitability
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting or similar
- Strong international tax operations knowledge and familiarity of tax issues for a multinational company operating globally
- Strong organizational, technical, analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail
