- Oversee and execute the preparation and compliance of local statutory accounting books and financial statements, including related filings, and support responses to information and statistical data requests from local regulatory authorities in jurisdictions where the company operates.
- Collaborate with internal functions across the organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information required by local regulatory bodies, with a focus on the unique operational and revenue models of the IT industry.
- Provide technical support and coordination with the Tax Department to ensure alignment between statutory financials and tax reporting obligations.
- Support the external audit process by preparing audit deliverables, coordinating with auditors, managing audit timelines, and ensuring timely sign-off and filing of audit reports in accordance with local requirements.
- Contribute to the design and execution of internal controls related to statutory bookkeeping, reporting, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local standards.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of systems and tools that enhance automation and efficiency in statutory accounting processes and regulatory filings.
- Monitor and interpret changes in local accounting standards and regulatory frameworks, assessing their impact on statutory reporting and ensuring ongoing compliance across all legal entities and jurisdictions.

**Required Skills and Expertise**

More than 5 years of:

- Experience in the fields of accounting, specially in local books preparation and/or audit supports.
- Focus on goals and results
- Good communication & time management skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Excel Knowledge: Basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables. Advanced knowledge in macros is not required.Intermediate English: Ability to communicate in English, as part of the team is based in the United States and Canada.

**Preferred Skills and Expertise**
- Experience with IFRS standards
