**About the role**:
As a **Sales Team Lead**, you will play a key role in driving performance and operational excellence for a team supporting small and mid-tier LATAM customers in a digital marketing environment. You will be a valued member of the **Digital Marketing Operations** team, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and client partners to ensure consistent delivery, growth, and impact.
**In this role, you will**:
- Lead and inspire a team focused on digital campaign optimization for LATAM-based SMB clients.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Analyze team productivity and performance trends through weekly reporting.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and personalized development plans to enhance individual performance.
- Design and execute team-level action plans to maintain high engagement and results.
- Present insights and progress to clients during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop and manage incentive programs to drive motivation and performance.
- Oversee attendance and return-to-office (RTO) compliance.
**Work model**:
**Hybrid** - This role requires **3 days per week onsite** at our Cognizant office located at **Tucumán 3720, Buenos Aires, CABA**, and **2 days remote**. Working arrangements may change based on business needs. We support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs.
**What you need to have to be considered**:
- 1-2 years of experience leading sales or customer experience teams.
- Proven success in managing sales performance and team development.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and campaign management tools.
- Experience managing structured roles such as QAs, SMEs, and MIS.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a proactive mindset.
