Our fulfillment teams in Asia and Eastern Europe handle a wide range of digital services. To strengthen our client relationships in the US and Caribbean Islands, we are looking for a Project Manager & Account Director to serve as the key link between clients and our execution teams.
**Role Overview**
We’re looking for a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and has hands-on experience in social media management, paid advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO). This is a cross-functional role ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
You’ll be working closely with our global marketing and design teams to drive engagement, visibility, and lead generation for our clients across various industries including real estate, health & wellness, tech, and consulting.
**Responsibilities**
**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow our clients’ presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Write creative and on-brand captions with strong call-to-actions.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs.
**Ads Management**
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test new visuals and copy.
- Monitor ad performance and provide weekly insights.
- Manage ad budgets and allocate spend across platforms efficiently.
**SEO Support**
- Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
- Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, etc.).
- Coordinate with writers/designers to implement blog and landing page improvements.
- Track rankings and suggest content strategies based on performance data.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency or startup environment.
- Strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns and ads.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience with Canva, WordPress, or Webflow is a bonus.
- Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.).
- Comfortable working with global, remote teams and meeting deadlines across time zones.
**Compensation & Growth Opportunity**
**Probation Period (6 months)**: Base Salary: $300-$500 per month
**After Probation**:
- Base Salary: $600-$1000 (performance-based)
- Project bases bonus
- Annual performance based bonus
