Fluid Truck allows people and businesses to connect their vehicles to our platform via Fluid Connect (a piece of hardware) that enables Fluid's mobile app to lock/unlock, track fuel/mileage, and mobilize the engine, making any vehicle easily rentable by other businesses and individuals. We enable businesses to dynamically scale up and down without having to take on more overhead, and we enable owners to generate cash from their existing assets and vehicles purchased for investment. We're facilitating more efficient utilization of vehicles around the country.

**Job Description**:
Fluid is looking for a Real Estate Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Buenos Aires City, Argentina. Our Real Estate Department is responsible for managing and maintaining all real estate-related items and obtaining city permitting/entitlements for upcoming company projects.

In this position, our specialist will have to search for properties that fit within the company parameters, create and maintain relationships with landlords across all markets as Fluid expands, coordinate internally with several different departments, manage multiple projects simultaneously along with managing the lease signing process.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience with lease creation & review
- Experience with basic real estate terminology
- Works well under pressure with multiple assignments and deadlines
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
