Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist – INBOUND Leads, Salary & Commission (Remote/Full‑Time) PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POSTING FOR THE APPLICATION PROCESS LPI Home Buyers is a successful, U.S. based real estate company seeking standout Property Acquisition Specialists to join our hard‑working and dynamic team. We offer the training and support you need to succeed We are looking for driven, enthusiastic, passionate, action‑taking, and down‑to‑earth people who build relationships quickly. You will be part of a team that purchases and sells properties nationwide with options for uncapped commission potential and future leadership opportunities. No real‑estate license needed. Remote position. Income potential: $40,000 USD plus. BENEFITS Ability to work remote / from home $1,100 per month salary plus 2 % commission on each closed deal Multiple bonus opportunities (monthly bonus, contests, etc.) A full‑time career with flexible schedule Company‑generated leads Personal growth Paid time off Paid training Not a corporate environment PURPOSE To provide win‑win solutions for sellers looking to sell their properties. RESPONSIBILITIES Hit monthly sales goals Hit non‑negotiable KPI (calls made, talk time, etc.) Handle approximately 100 new incoming leads per month Convert leads to viable, executed contracts and manage a pipeline of 100 leads using our CRM Negotiate a deal from incoming call all the way through to contract execution Give exceptional customer service Build rapport and identify the seller’s problem to solve Follow up with potential sellers who were contacted in the past Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner Use our client‑management software (Podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed Work with an energetic team and have fun establishing rapport with sellers JOB REQUIREMENTS Phone sales experience or real estate experience – at least 1 year (no real‑estate license needed) Reliable phone and internet service Computer proficiency with platforms such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with perfect grammar Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week Exceptional phone etiquette / rapport building Quiet workspace is a must Must be driven and self‑motivated Use our CRM to update and stay on task until deals are closed; organize and switch tasks with ease CORE VALUES We’re looking for a tenacious and ambitious person who wants to serve and add value to the growth of our company while bettering their own life WE ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING Positive “can‑do” attitude Strives to exceed expectations in everything we do Team player (always willing to step in and help out) Results over excuses APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS All applications will be discarded that have not completed these steps.
